Pick the Wine to Make
One of the hardest questions to answer that gets asked often is "How do you choose the right wine kit to start out with?" Usually this question is followed up with a few questions in response. "What type of wine do you like to drink? Do you prefer white or red? Do you prefer sweet or dry? Do you prefer wine from grapes or other fruits? Do you prefer full bodied wines?"
The answers to all of these questions and more can help us recommend a few wines to you.
Ultra Premium Kits
These kits are the top of the line containing the most juice and the highest amount of dissolved solids. These kits will tend to have a bigger body and a higher alcohol. The Ultra Premium Kits will take longer to make and longer to age before they truly mature in to the wine they are ment to be. With good storage and cellar conditions these wines can keep for over 5 years.
Premium Kits
This category contains kits sourced directly from vineyards all over the world. These kits will give you some bang for your buck, a wine that you can share and wow your friends and family.

Of the varietal kits these will give you the most value for your dollar. The final is a little over two dollars per bottle and compare reasonably well to ten to fifteen dollar bottles you might buy of a shelf in a retail shop. These are the perfect kits for making your house wine.
Specialty
Most of the limited and rare released can be found in this category, often times featuring some of our only 3 gallon kits these kits bring a special light into an event.
Fruit Based Wine Kits
One of the more popular categories these kits will tend to be fruit forward with a subtle influence of the base wine.
Fruit Bases
Fruit bases are simply fruit concentrates or purees that you can use to make a great fruit based wine. These are also perfect for adding the flavor of a fruit to beer or another wine.
