Brewing 201

Introduction to all-grain brewing. This class will cover everything you need to know to start building your own mash tun and get down and dirty with all-grain brewing.
It is recommended to have the handout preprinted before coming to Brewing 201, you can find it in the downloads section.
Brewing 201 is a free class to attend, while we do not hold seats we do request that people send an email to casey@schwartzbeer.com with your name and phone number so we can contact you if the class gets postponed or canceled.
